Shelby N. Hughes focuses her practice on helping businesses protect their unique branding through trademark registrations. In other words, she helps business owners have the right to use their notable business names, logos, and slogans on a nationwide basis. Prior to focusing on trademarks, Shelby practiced family law and represented children as an attorney Guardian ad Litem in the State of Wyoming. In 2021, she decided to leave the litigation life and dedicate her efforts to helping businesses thrive by providing assistance with their trademark needs.
A lifetime Wyomingite, Shelby was born and raised in the small town of Newcastle, Wyoming. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from the University of Wyoming in 2014 and proceeded to graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2018.
When Shelby is not assisting her clients, she spends her free time with her family and friends, practices yoga and reads any personal or career development book she can get her hands on.
