Shelby N. Price (Hughes) focuses her practice on helping businesses protect their unique branding through trademark registrations. In other words, she helps business owners have the right to use their notable business names, logos, and slogans on a nationwide basis.
In addition to her trademark practice, Shelby also advises clients on business law matters, including entity formations, organizational structuring, and a range of transactional matters to support growing businesses.
Shelby began her legal career practicing family law and representing children as an attorney Guardian ad Litem in the State of Wyoming. In 2021, she pivoted her practice to focus on helping businesses thrive as they build, grow, and scale.
A lifetime Wyomingite, Shelby was born and raised in the small town of Newcastle, Wyoming. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from the University of Wyoming in 2014 and proceeded to graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2018.
When Shelby is not assisting her clients, she spends her free time with her family and friends, practices yoga, and reads any personal or career development book she can get her hands on.
