From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Santa Fe County Attorney, where he further honed his legal skills and deepened his understanding of public sector legal challenges. His background in litigation spans state and federal courts and administrative agencies, showcasing his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes with ease.
Bruce’s unique blend of legal acumen is complemented by his academic background in geology (BS) and groundwater hydrology (MS). These degrees have not only enriched his practice but also allowed him to approach legal issues with a unique perspective that bridges law and science.
