Bryan, with his background in real estate law, estate planning, and business law, brings a unique set of skills to our firm. As one of the few attorneys versed in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (drone) law, Bryan has been instrumental in shaping drone legislation in Idaho. His practice also covers critical issues in short-term rental and homeowner association law, making him a valuable resource for navigating complex legal issues relating to real estate.

Before joining McDonough Law Group, Bryan had a distinguished career that bridged military service, law enforcement, and legal practice. After serving in the prestigious 75th Ranger Regiment and later as a police officer in Washington State, Bryan shifted to a legal career that included significant roles such as a primary legal advisor for the Boise Police Department. His experiences have honed his ability to handle a broad spectrum of legal challenges. Bryan’s dedication to community service and legal education, combined with his practical approach to legal issues, aligns seamlessly with our firm’s values.
