Tom Eisenmann is a 2016 graduate of University of Connecticut Law School, where he focused on employment and human-resources related law.
Prior to forming his solo law practice in 2019, Tom had a multi-faceted career as a human resources professional serving a wide variety of employers in industry sectors spanning biotechnology, financial services, information technology and academia, and ranging in size from small private companies to venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 50 public companies.
He has extensive experience in recruitment of C-suite and other senior level executives, negotiation of executive employment agreements and compensation packages, administration of complicated executive and equity compensation plans, management of employment immigration matters, domestic and international relocation programs, and managing recruitment and hiring process compliance.
In addition to his law degree, Tom holds a BA in history from Fordham University, an MA in Religion from Yale University Divinity School, and an MS in Information Science from Long University. He has also achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management. He has also completed additional training and certifications from the International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans, World@Work and the Certified Equity Professional Institute of Santa Clara University.
Tom started his professional life as a middle school and high school teacher in New York City.
Tom lives in New Haven, Connecticut with his two smart and lively teenage children, almost equally smart and lively German Shepherd dog, and a pesky cat.
