    • $1,500 No Minor Children
    • Add $250 for minor children

    Married

    • $2,500 No Minor Children
    • $500 for minor children

      Standard Wills

      A robust package for people who need comprehensive planning. Includes will, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living will, 30-minute attorney draft review time with the client and signing meeting with attorney and client.

       

      • Single: $2,000 + $250 for minor children
      • Married: $3,000 + $500 for minor children

      Trusts

      A comprehensive estate plan based on individual needs. Includes trust, pour-over will, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living will, one deed transfer, one hour attorney draft review time with the client and signing meeting with attorney and client.

       

      • Examples of trust planning include but are not limited to asset planning, revocable trust, irrevocable trust, charitable remainder trusts, irrevocable life insurance trust, business assets, special needs trust, Medicare/Medicaid planning. etc.
      • Flat fees starting at $3,000. Due to complexity of trusts and asset protection as well as individual needs, flat fee prices will be determined after an initial meeting with an attorney.

      A La Carte: (Signing instructions only. No signing meeting with attorney)

      • Basic wills & 30-minute review with an attorney: $750
      • Power of Attorney: $350
      • Medical Power of Attorney: $350
      • Living Will: $350
