Announcement Regarding WTH and Attorneys Kirsten M. Kurath and Douglas V. Johnson

 

After a long and rich history of serving Grand Junction and the Western Slope, Williams, Turner & Holmes, P.C. (“WTH”) is closing its doors. Attorney Susan M. Corle has retired and attorneys Kirsten M. Kurath and Douglas V. Johnson have joined the McDonough Law Group as “of counsel” attorneys.

For pending matters with WTH, including many for Susan’s clients, Kirsten and Doug will continue the work WTH has started, under McDonough Law Group. They will continue to represent clients with the personal attention and dedication they have always provided. As long-time residents of Grand Junction, they understand the importance of working with someone who understands your way of life and whom you can trust with your legal needs.

As of March 1, 2024, McDonough Law Group will assume custody of all WTH client files for past and pending matters that are still in WTH’s possession pursuant to its file retention policy. You may contact us for assistance in obtaining your client file or copies of documents prepared for you by WTH.

If WTH currently represents you, we will contact you to sign a new engagement agreement with McDonough Law Group, if that is your desire. Rest assured we will continue to represent you at your previously existing hourly rates, although those rates may be subject to change in the future. We certainly hope and intend to continue as your attorney in our new capacity, and look forward to a long-term relationship with you and the opportunity to provide you with the expanded services which the McDonough Law Group can provide.
